Whitewater Oil Gas & Minerals Inc. Is pleased to announce the signing of a Licensing agreement with Jacobson Oil Enterprises LLC.
WOGM has been granted a license to exclusively distribute the OTIS Pump in several of the most promising counties in Kansas and Ohio. The OTIS pump is protected by U.S. Patents there were 26 claims awarded under the patent including the intellectual.
About the OTIS Pump, The OTIS Pump is used to separate Oil from Water within the production zone. This allows the oil to be brought to the surface with less than 2% water content. Typically the OTIS pump runs at less than 10% the cost of a conventional pump jack.
WOGM will be looking for producers that have water logged wells that are out of production. By introducing the OTIS pump on these types of wells, the Company can maximize it’s return and greatly improve the revenue for the producer.
Currently WOGM is working with a producer in Butler County to install the first OTIS pump in Kansas, We will update shareholders when the Contract is completed and signed. Once the contract is in place we anticipate production from the well to commence using an OTIS pump by the end of April 2007.
